source to consumer. Using the Water Safety Plan approach, participants learn to
describe systems; identify hazards and assess risks; define controls,
operational monitoring, and verification; respond to incidents; and drive
continual improvement. Applied exercises across treatment, desalination, storage,
transmission, and distribution culminate in a prioritized implementation
roadmap.
