• Explain the methodology for establishing an Operational Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Identify the elements and best practices of a successful BCM program, specifically its policy, strategy, and supporting tools
• Understand the effective elements of a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) capable of meeting the strategic, tactical and operational requirements of an organization
• Develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and provide Business Continuity Exercises (BC)
• Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to implement crisis management systems, build a crisis management team, and deal with a range of crises, disasters and economic adversities that negatively affect business continuity.
• Building cadres to effectively manage the crisis within their organizations.
• Describe and discuss business continuity management.
• Designing and implementing an accident and crisis management plan.
